For more than ten years, Floors of Glory has installed high-end tile, natural stone and exotic materials for homeowners across Venice, Sarasota and all of Sarasota County. Every job is dry-fit and measured to a fraction of an inch, so the lines are symmetrical, the transitions are seamless and the floor stays solid for years.
We pursue the utmost quality in all of our work. We have created systems and processes from many years of experience to make sure the installation not only looks good, but is dimensionally accurate and foundationally stable.

Flooring
Large-format, natural stone and exotic tile floors, laid out so the grout lines are symmetrical with the room’s focal point and perfectly lined up across the floor.

Showers
Custom shower floors, walls and accent features, with niches built with tile layouts in mind and valves centered in the accent. Floors of Glory levels all its walls before any tile is installed.

Backsplashes
Precision-cut backsplashes in tile, stone and metal — all walls are leveled prior to any tile installation.

A
Perfect lines
We dry-fit the tile in multiple configurations to make sure everything will fit, and that the lines are symmetrical with the primary focus of the install, which draws the eye to the entire area. Floors of Glory levels walls before tile is installed, so the tile sits flat and the joints stay straight. Tile work often requires complex geometrical calculations, and we work them out in the dry-fit before anything is set.

Epoxy grout
Nothing brings out quality in a tile installation more than epoxy: better color consistency, flexibility, durability and versatility than ordinary grouts. We don’t shy away from the difficult application. We embrace its strength.

Custom miters
Two pieces of stone cut at matching angles so they meet without a visible edge. On lava stone we recreate the natural micro holes in the epoxy itself, so the corner reads as one solid block.

Transition magic
We spend extra effort to make sure transitions are as seamless as possible, from hairline joints into metal inlays to floors that change material without changing level.

Exotic materials
We specialize in installing exotic products, natural stone and metals, and have perfected techniques for epoxy grout. Natural stone is always different, so every piece is laid out and placed with intent.

Layout
Layout is where the geometrical calculations happen: every shower is planned before anything is set, niches are built with the tile layout, and valves and drains are placed so the joints land right. See our Layout & Design work.

Leveled walls
The prep shows in the finish. Walls are leveled before any tile goes on, and a pony wall is built as one mitered piece, so the finished shower walls, floor and drain line up cleanly.
